The experience left such a profound impact on me that I was inspired to become part of the Genesis team. In 2015, that dream became a reality when I joined as a staff midwife. I had the privilege of working alongside the same incredible team that once cared for me. I saw firsthand that the supportive, nurturing care I received as a new mom wasn’t just a lucky encounter, it was the heart of the Genesis culture. Midwives supported midwives, and together we supported families as they birthed and healed. In 2017, I returned once more, this time as a mother again, to give birth to my second child at Genesis.
