Genesis Clinic has ten Private Family Rooms, designed for privacy and comfort, allowing you to experience labour and birth in a serene environment, fully supported by your midwife. Every detail is curated to make your birthing and postnatal journey as tranquil and empowering as possible.

Each birthing suite is designed for comfort, featuring gentle lighting to create a peaceful, home-like setting.
Spacious King-Sized Bed
Generous king-sized beds comfortably accommodate dad/partner to room-in, fostering immediate family bonding from the moment of birth.
En Suite Convenience
Enjoy the convenience of a private en suite shower, basin, and toilet.

Private Enclosed Garden Access
Direct access to your own private, enclosed garden, offering a serene escape for moments of fresh air and relaxation. *The two private family rooms on our upper floor are more compact and don't offer garden access.

A water birth harnesses the natural buoyancy and warmth of water to reduce pain, promote relaxation, and facilitate a smoother, more gentle birthing experience for both mother and baby. Our rooms feature a dedicated birthing tub for a water birth option.

The midwife's role is to stand 'with woman,' providing comprehensive preparation and support for her physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. During this significant time, your midwife will offer a blend of nurturing presence, confident reassurance, and clinically sound, evidence-based care. Recognising that this is deeply personal, her aim is to respectfully support you, your family, and your new baby.
